Day 34: Knowing the Words

I have this thing, this skill, talent, whatever you want to call it, where I can hear a song only a couple times, and I already know the words. It's great when I get a new CD from my favorite band, because I really like singing. In fact, when I'm listening to music, I feel compelled to sing the songs.

Right now, though, this is a very unfortunate talent to have. I know every word to every one of those terrible songs on the CD. I even catch myself singing the songs in my head, and I stop myself right away. I now feel compelled to not sing.

So if anyone ever needs to know some lyrics from Nickelback's Silver Side Up CD for a TV game show or some kind of off-the-wall project, I'm your girl. Unfortunately.
