Day 35: Going Home

So I came home today for a couple days. I only live 2 hours away, thank God, but even 2 hours trapped in a car with Nickelback seems like an eternity. I haven't yet had to make the trek with Silver Side Up playing in the background. It was pretty tough, I must admit. It was in the morning, around 10, and I found myself getting very tired. Usually I can turn up my music and I'll be nice and awake. But why in the world would I want to do that?

I went through the entire CD almost 3 times. That's a heck of a lot of Nickleback in a 2 hour period. Maybe they should have made a longer CD to spare me from the repetitiveness.

Or maybe just a better one. That would've helped, too.

So, needless to say, I'm not quite looking forward to the drive home on Thursday morning. My only hope is that my CD player would stop working again (it did once before). But then, I'd be stuck in silence for 2 hours, because of my rules. And that might make me even more tired.
