Day 31: A Month, If You Prefer

For all of you who want to count a month as 31 days, it's here! A month since the beginning, if you're a skeptic.

The word "prefer" reminds me of a Taking Back Sunday song called "Cute Without the 'E' (Cut from the Team)" in which Adam Lazzara, the lead singer, says "Which would you prefer?" and he says it really cool. You should listen to it. Even if you don't like emo-like music or alternative or whatever people call it, you should do it for me. Adam Lazzara is my FAVORITE songwriter, and he's got an incredible voice. I think so, at least.

I think I'm going to put out a challenge for everyone over spring break: broaden your musical horizons. Vertical Horizons, like the '90s band. Ok, maybe you don't want to listen to them. They had, like, two songs. Anyway, you guys should listen to awesome, different music and tell me all about it! I'll add it to my "Listen To" list. You should also listen to some Taking Back Sunday. May as well add some Anberlin in there too. Also, Blink 182's self-titled CD is a fantastic one.

Oh gosh, I think I'm going to start dreaming about music. Maybe I'll have a dream about a concert! That would be awesome! I'm not sure I have sound in my dreams. I mean, people say things to me, but I don't remember hearing them. Whatever. Dreams are a whole other street to go down.

I was just watching Jimmy Fallon on the Olympics after-show. Now, I used to think he was super awkward, but now I just think he's hilarious. He does this Thank You Note segment that's really funny. He just did one about the Olympics. Look it up sometime; it was great.
